CCK Choir has a contemporary feel is used in many of our major events as well as being featured on special Sunday services. For more info click here.

Orchestra

The CCK Orchestra rehearses a wide repertoire from worship to classical and beyond and is featured mainly in our outreach events at Easter and Christmas. However, the main focus is on simply meeting together and enjoying making music. The Orchestra meets fortnightly during term times.

All rehearsals are advertised in the News Sheet. Performers of all standards are welcome; some of our soloists are professional musicians, while many of our instrumentalists are still at school.

Leading the orchestra is conductor and composer Patrick Harrex, who won the prestigious BBC Composers Competition in 1968 and has been writing classical compositions and arrangements of musical pieces ever since.
